**Job Overview**
We are a new craft brewery in Madoc, Ontario, launching our first beers this spring. Our focus is on producing high-quality light ales and lagers, with plans to expand into seasonal offerings. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive our growth in the local market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Account Management**: Develop and maintain relationships with local bars, restaurants, and retail outlets.
- **Sales Development**: Identify and secure new sales opportunities within the region.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the brewery at local events, festivals, and tastings.
- **Taproom Support**: Assist in the taproom during peak hours and special events.
- **Reporting**: Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Passion for craft beer and knowledge of brewing processes is a plus.
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
