We are looking to for an experienced Paving Foreman/ Supervisor

**Responsibilities**
- Work in a team setting as a member of our paving crew, will be required to have extensive knowledge in all aspects of paving.
- Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
- Perform other activities as directed

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Must be able to work with limited supervision
- Must be team player and must be willing to participate in company safety and production requirements
- Familiarity with active construction sites
- Effective communication skills; must be able to carry out verbal instructions, read labels and signs, report progress or issues to foreman/lead hand
- Have good judgment and ability to make decisions
- Responsible and dependable
- Ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly through an entire work shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Requires good manual dexterity
- Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
- Able to pass any pre-access screening, including a Drug and Alcohol test
- Valid Drivers Licence
- CSTS and other safety certifications are assets
- Must have Experience raking, rolling, screeding

**Working Conditions**
- Must be physically fit
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders up to 10 meters in height
- Must be willing to work up to 12+ hour shift in the hot summer months
- Physically able to work outdoors performing hard labour tasks

**Experience/ Qualifications**
- Experience with civil construction, earthworks and concrete are all assets
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of paving experience
