- Our Registered Apprentice Heavy Equipment Technicians, when not in school, will continue to learn on the job with our experienced, trusted Technicians gradually progressing to achieve a Licensed Technician opportunity.

In a typical day, YOU will:
- Participate in safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviors at all times, in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policies, Programs and initiatives
- Repair Caterpillar and other brands of equipment for our customers in a timely and economical manner
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic problems using Caterpillar testing equipment
- Prepare service reports and service documentation in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure our internal and external customer needs are met in an efficient, knowledgeable and professional manner in a positive, engaging environment of teamwork, career development and lifelong learning for opportunities across our business.
