**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the overall management of clinic operations, including patient flow and administrative functions, to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate practice improvement projects and research
- Oversee performance and training programs to ensure optimal team productivity
- Use of electronic medical records systems (Oscar and KROLL)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with medical professionals to facilitate quality patient care and operational efficiency
- Monitor clinic budgets, supplies inventory, and procurement processes to maintain financial health
- Implement policies and procedures to improve workflow and patient satisfaction
- Implement best practices in office management to ensure smooth daily operations while fostering a patient-centred environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in medical office or healthcare management with a strong understanding of clinic operations.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in medical administrative support functions, including medical terminology, medical records management, and PHIPA compliance.
- Strong fiscal management skills encompassing budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control.
- Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and clarity.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, patients, and external partners
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and stay current with industry best practices in medical office management.
- **Background in healthcare environments such as hospitals or clinics is highly desirable**
