**Position**:
We are seeking enthusiastic, knowledgeable, full-time, and part-time seasonal Perennial Plant Sales Associates to join our team for the spring and summer season.

**What You will Do**:

- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, assisting shoppers in selecting the right perennials for their gardens.
- Share expert advice on plant care, growing conditions, and effective plant combinations.
- Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized Perennial House.
- Unload, stock, and display perennial plant shipments.
- Water, weed, and care for plants to ensure they remain healthy and vibrant.
- Work alongside an incredible team to create an unforgettable shopping experience.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Strong knowledge of perennials, including their care, growth habits, and seasonal needs.
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work in a warm greenhouse environment and handle physical tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- The ability to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain.
- A passion for plants, gardening, and helping others create beautiful outdoor spaces.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
