**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Manage a team of cleaning staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Address any maintenance issues promptly, coordinating with facilities maintenance personnel as needed.
- May assist Janitors with cleaning and other duties, if needed.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff.
- We have both day shift and evening shift available.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning practices.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance operations.
- Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred, with the ability to troubleshoot basic maintenance issues.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and clients professionally.
- Familiarity with WHMIS 2015, workplace safety, and inspection reporting.
- First Aid / CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Pay range: $21 - $23 per hour, based on experience.
- Mileage or travel allowance for inter-site duties.
- Uniforms, PPE, and training provided.
- Growth opportunities into Senior Supervisor or Area Manager roles.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
