**Position Title: Enforcement Assistant**

**Department: Enforcement**

**Location: Vancouver**

**Status: Permanent, Full-time (Hybrid)**

The position provides administrative support to the Investigation Team within the Enforcement Department.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and prepare written correspondence related to case information and evidence
- Organize, format, and assist with document management of all evidence as directed by investigators, often using e-discovery software
- Liaise with international regulators
- Liaise with compliance staff at member firms for complaint and settlement reporting

**Education/Experience**:

- Experience with providing administrative support within an operational team environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, and related computer and software packages
- Familiarity with terminology used in the securities industry and/or legal environments
- Knowledge of the organization of legal documentation on SharePoint and e-discovery software.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Familiarity with other New SRO departments and their role/activities
- Basic familiarity with the Canadian securities industry
- Working knowledge of Sharepoint and E-discovery software
