**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a versatile, self-motivated cook who can work independently for a **seasonal contract** role. This position begins **immediately and runs until the end of May**. Hours are flexible, with part-time options available from **25 to 40 hours per week**. You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and occasionally washing dishes. If you love golf or enjoy playing casually, this is a great opportunity to work in an environment that matches your interests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Wash dishes and perform other cleaning duties as required.
- Assist in stock management, including checking inventory and notifying of low stock.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or similar culinary environment is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food quality.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- A personal vehicle for reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of or experience with catering events and menus.
