**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with all customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Must be able and willing to receive a high amount of inbound calls.
- Perform a variety of tasks associated with customer and client services.
- Thorough documentation of all contacts within the customer management system.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of windows base systems.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $19.70-$25.50 per hour
