**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are searching for a reliable and energetic **Warehouse Associate** to join our team in Ajax, ON. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling all aspects of shipping and receiving.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee all aspects of incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and documentation.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately.
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift and overhead crane, adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct periodic cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels in our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Utilize Excel and MS Office for data entry and recordkeeping. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.
- Occasionally operate a company vehicle for urgent deliveries or pickups.
- Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid G driver's license.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to frequently stand, sit, bend, twist, grip and use their hands. The employee will be required to walk, stoop, and pull objects. The employee will be required to occasionally reach high and low and lift items weighing 35 to 75 lbs.

**SCHEDULE**:

- 8-hour day shift
- Monday to Friday with occasional overtime

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Secondary school diploma (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a shipping and receiving role (or related field).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required).
- Ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane (certifications preferred).
- Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with operating lifting devices, chains, slings, magnets, OH crane, forklifts.
- Reliable commute to work in Ajax (required).

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
