**Now Hiring (South Location): High-Volume Production Paint Technician**

Our team is **growing**, and we’re looking for another **skilled Automotive Paint Technician** to join our **high-volume production shop** If you're an **experienced, high-output painter/prepper** who can consistently produce **350+ flat rate hours per month** and is available to work evenings and weekends if needed, we want to hear from you.

**Requirements**:

- **3-5 years** of experience as an **Auto Body Paint Technician**:

- **Refinish Technician Red Seal License**:

- Proven ability in **automotive body repairs and refinishing**:

- Ability to work **independently and as part of a team** in a **fast-paced environment**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Refinish vehicles to **pre-accident condition** with precision and quality
- Fill out **QC sheets** and document **in-progress repair photos**
- Work closely with the **body department** to ensure smooth workflow
