The COO role sits within our Leadership Team and reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You will need to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader with proven people management skills, a decade or more of work experience, business acumen, and exemplary work ethic. The goal of the COO position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth. Core elements of the role include market research and capturing the customer voice in development of product features and new products. You will need to regularly collaborate with regional business leads, internal partners and leadership executives in other organizations to develop new products and support our existing portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Helping craft and pursue the strategic vision and direction of the company
- Designing and implementing business operations that drive financial and audience growth
- Overseeing certain critical company initiatives, with more details below
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance, loyalty, and skills development
- Evaluate initiative performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Participate and drive expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
- Oversee daily operations of the company in particular:

- Production and Project management
- Cross-Team, Cross-Company Communication
- Marketing & Advertising
- New Content
- Business intelligence
- Resourcing/Hiring
- Partnerships/Licensing
- Leadership coaching/mentoring
- Community Development
- Customer Service

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant leadership role in at least one Asian country. (Minimum three years of experience in Asia.)
- Understanding of and experience in either metal production and/or recycling companies.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Working knowledge of business infrastructure
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

**Salary**: $88,840.00-$108,219.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
