Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and stretch pizza dough from scratch, ensuring the perfect texture and flavor for both artisan and Neapolitan-style pizzas.
- Create a variety of pizzas, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative toppings that reflect our commitment to quality.
- Manage the pizza oven, ensuring optimal cooking temperatures and times for achieving the ideal crust and flavor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pizza recipes and specials that highlight our local sourcing.
- Ensure that all pizzas are presented beautifully and served promptly to guests.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and maintaining high-quality ingredients specific to artisan and Neapolitan pizzas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and accommodating special requests.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of artisan and Neapolitan-style pizza-making techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for culinary arts.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
