Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join our team. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to implement safety protocols effectively. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement safety policies and procedures - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Investigate accidents or incidents and provide detailed reports on findings - Train employees on safety protocols and procedures - Maintain safety records and documentation - Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving workplace safety - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in safety regulations Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Safety Officer or similar role - In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices - Familiarity with construction management software is preferred - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team We offer competitive compensation, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth.
