**What You’ll Do**
- Provide helpdesk and desk-side support
- Install and update hardware and software
- Manage tickets, assist with servers, and support infrastructure
- Work directly with vendors and team members to solve challenges

**What You Bring**
- IT program graduate or relevant experience/certifications
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility for on-call coverage
- Already living in Banff or Canmore (onsite role)
