Hello, we are Orca Sales, a new sales force based and founded on Vancouver Island. We are in the business of selling insulation door to door, and in the future will be expanding to various other services. We are looking for about 7 full time workers (40 hours per week) to work on a semi-commission basis. The service you will be selling is insulation, however it will be at an extremely discounted price, so the sales will be relatively easy compared to other products. We have partnered up with Greenfoot Energy, and thus are looking to expand fast right away. Training, coaching, meetings will all take place to ensure every hires skill level increases. We don't just want to see you make sales... We want to teach you a which you can take with you everywhere. Requirements: Must be able to work full time (40 hour weeks) Hard working Consistent Willing to learn a difficult skill (door to door) Pay: 1. You will receive $250 per sale, and our groups goal is to teach you to effectively do 2x sales a day (minimum). On some days it will not be surprising to see you hit 4+. 2. If you can average 1-2 sales a day, per business day, you will have 1x20 = 20-40 sales per month = $5000-$10000. You are more than able to work more than 40 hours per week, if you choose, however 40 minimum is required. 3. You will get an upfront payment of $50 per submitted project (payable after 2 days after submission). 4. If you are able to consistently get sales / completed projects... 2x a day, for 5 business days, = 2x5x$50 = $500 per week paid out. Then, as installs go in, you will be receiving the remaining $200 after install. 5. It takes about 20 business days for installs to go in. ---- Your work can begin IMMEDIATELY, so if you are looking for work, we have you covered Culture, training, coaching... As our company progresses, the opportunities will increase, to include sales manager positions (), regional manager positions, overrides on your offices sales, and selling other products...
