**North Battleford** location is currently accepting resumes for an energetic, confident, and outgoing
**Branch Supervisor.** This is a permanent, full-time position.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- As a Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations:

- Support sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch
- Achieve asset management and market share goals
- Support and develop all employees in the branch with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce that is focused on the long-term success of the company, customers, and employees
- Be an ambassador of the business for the community and the customers it serves

Schedule: Business hours Monday-Friday, additional hours required during peak season(s)
- 5+ years’ experience in agricultural equipment sales and service sector
- Management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others
- Knowledge of financial metrics and experience in sales, parts, and service operations
- Solid analytical, business planning, problem solving and communication skills
