**About The Functional Approach**

At The Functional Approach we believe movement is therapy. Our multidisciplinary health and rehabilitation clinic brings together chiropractic care, physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, osteopathy and nutritional support to empower patients, restore mobility and help them feel better. Our goal is to work with each individual through evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their unique movement and health needs.

**Position Overview**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Conducting initial chiropractic assessments and follow-up treatment
- Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient
- Collaborating with the broader team (physio, massage therapy, osteopathy, dietitian) to support holistic care
- Educating patients on movement, rehabilitation, and prevention of injury
- Maintaining accurate and timely patient documentation
- Contributing to the positive culture and community-oriented focus of the clinic

You should ideally have:

- A Doctor of Chiropractic (or equivalent) degree, registered/licensed to practise in Ontario
- Be in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario
- Experience in a clinical setting, comfortable with assessments, hands-on and movement-based care
- Experience working with pediatrics is beneficial but not necessary
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — able to build rapport with patients and collaborate with other clinicians
- A passion for helping people improve their movement, regain control of their health, and live better
- Comfort working in a multidisciplinary environment and supporting referral/liaison among practitioners
