Greenlight Innovation is the industry leader in fuel cell testing and manufacturing equipment. We are working closely with our customers to develop the next generation of hydrogen fuel cell and electrolyser technology.

The Electrical Manufacturing Lead Hand will lead a team of Electrical Manufacturing Technicians, supporting on time delivery of projects. This role combines hands on production of electrical systems with leadership and project coordination.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Ensure team is trained and operates with workmanship, quality, and safety standards.
- Raise awareness when requirements are not followed and escalate to supervisor as needed.
- Assign work based on production priorities, available resource, and other constraints.
- Plan and monitor workload, manage risks, and escalate to supervisor as needed.
- Ensure completion of production documentation.
- Support development of processes and setting productivity standards.
- Support data collection and relay production status.
- Review production inputs, attempt to rectify concerns, and escalate to supervisor as needed.
- Ensure the team maintains a clean and tidy work area.
- Execute assigned continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster an engaged team culture in line with Greenlight company values.
- Balance production support with other duties as required.

**Qualification**:

- 5 or more years of experience in electrical manufacturing and able to read electrical schematics.
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Technology is an asset.
- Experience leading a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management, prioritization skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a lean manufacturing or production line environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience developing and implementing process improvements.

**Wages**: $32 to $42 per hour depending on experience.
