As a core member of our Intelligent Automation (IA) team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
**Your Role**:
The AI Lead within the Intelligent Automation (IA) team is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions to improve business processes and decision-making capabilities. The position requires you to work with different technologies including but not limited to machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, generative models, and multi-agent systems.
- Provide input on AI strategy, roadmap development, and technical architecture aligned with business objectives.
- Architect and implement enterprise-scale AI solutions using AWS services, Databricks, and other cloud platforms.
- Lead development of LLMs, intelligent agents, and conversational AI systems.
- Establish technical standards, MLOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions
- Drive innovation through proof-of-concepts and pilot programs.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing AI teams across multiple initiatives
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams
- Oversee delivery of AI projects from conception to deployment
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities
- Present AI initiatives and results to executive leadership
- Drive adoption of AI solutions across the organization
- Oversee end-to-end AI lifecycle management, including model monitoring and maintenance
- Review the most recent compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical AI principles

**About You**:
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years in leadership roles
- Proven experience with AWS AI/ML services
- Experience with LLMs, natural language processing, and conversational AI
- Expertise in Python/PySpark and other modern ML frameworks
- Track record of successful AI project delivery in enterprise environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior AI/ML engineers
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
