**Project** Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the business stakeholders and the team to breakdown the work and create a plan. Work with the team and execute the plan and escalate any blockers to the leadership team.
- Results driven mindset is a must to have who functions independently and engages with other stakeholders and team members as required to deliver.
- Build as-is and to-be process design flows, identifying efficiencies and leveraging the capability of digital resources.
- Test the software to ensure that the delivery meets the expectations and needs of the business.
- Ability to write Python code to help automate some test scripts

**Skills**:
Must have
- 7+ years' experience as a BA on IT projects
- Good understanding of Capital Markets investments.
- Proven experience in Python in an enterprise environment, covering the whole development life cycle
- Experience with WEB solution design ( REST API-based, microservices experience)
- Good understanding of Agile framework (SCRUM)
- Requirements elicitation techniques: workshopping, document analysis, interviews
- Requirements documentation through User Stories and SRS
- Calm, agile, positive, proactive but pragmatic mindset
- Good communication skills + customer management skills + team playing skills
- Good experience with data visualisation tools and technical (UML)

Nice to have
- Experience in the Legal space
