Sales Associate

**Summary of Position**:
Provide top quality guest experience for every patron of The Village. Gain knowledge of all products carried and procedures in the Farmer’s Kitchen.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide top quality customer service to all customers
- Follow all values set out in our employee handbook as well as the specific tasks that have been asked of you.
- Gain knowledge on all systems and procedures in order to provide a great experience for customers and coworkers.
- Gain a strong understanding of the products we carry.
- Contribute to a positive work environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect and exceptional morale.

**Job Skills**:

- Food handler certification. If not certified, will commit to completing certification within 6 months.
- Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills.
- Proficient mathematical skills for running a cash register.

**Physical Requirements/Working Conditions**:

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- In an 8-hour work day: standing/walking 6-8 hours.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Weekday Daytime availability required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.30 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
