**_Restoration/Construction Team Lead_**
- Winmar provides emergency and reconstruction services to homes, businesses, industrial and institutional properties after they have been damaged by fire, water, sewage, mould, asbestos, vehicle impacts, etc. and we’re looking for a skilled individual to join our team_

We are seeking a motivated and focused **Restoration/Construction Team Lead** to join our dynamic team.

Our goal is to build an elite Winmar crew who are able to excel at completing demos as well as small rebuilds in order to provide excellent service to our clients.

Permanent, Full time, On call, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Evening

90 Day probationary period

**Skills and Responsibilities**
- must possess a wide range of construction knowledge and have 5+ years of experience
- capable of handling various construction tasks with precision and care including skills from demo to rebuild/finishing
- able to manage, organize and motivate a field crew in order to complete projects effectively
- Able to operate a variety of tools and equipment
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment; clean up after work has been completed
- Respect homeowner’s property and follow proper procedure
- Work well in and able to teach/train in a team environment; ability to collaborate effectively
- Respond to emergencies on an on-call basis when necessary
- Perform all aspects of the job, in order to complete projects effectively
- Work in compliance with Staff Policies and Health and Safety Policies

**Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc)**

First Aid Certified

Valid Driver’s License

Criminal Record Check/Bondable

**Languages**

Speak English, Read English, Write English

**Own Tools/Equipment**

Steel-Toed Safety Boots

**Physical Demands**

While performing the duties of this job this individual must have a full range of body movement including walking, standing, sitting, lifting floor to waist, lifting waist to shoulder, stair climbing, ladder climbing and bending or twisting. There may be times when they will be operating motorized equipment and power tools.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
