The CTG branch in Canada specializes in quality assurance (QA) for digital services. We are true bug hunters, detecting anomalies and enabling our customers to reduce their risks and maximize user satisfaction.

Which position?

We're looking for a QA tester for several customers, with the following responsibilities:

- Write test plans and test cases according to specifications established by the product manager and functional analysts;
- Participate in the functional specification review of products to be tested;
- Maintain regression test plans;
- Write test conclusion reports;
- Help troubleshoot defects;
- Manage test campaigns and track anomalies;
- Execute test plans;
- Be responsible for test environments to ensure consistency;
- Work in agile mode with continuous delivery.

The various projects can be carried out from our premises or directly at our customers' sites.

Are you our future collaborator?

The QA tester must design, write, implement and execute the various tests (unit, functional, automated) that will validate the quality and proper functioning of a program on a multitude of terminals (smartphones, tablets, desktop...).
- Above all, you are passionate about new technologies and have some initial experience in QA;
- You are autonomous, rigorous and curious;
- You enjoy working in a dynamic team;
- Minimum DEC or AEC;
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken (correct spelling essential);
- Excellent concentration and analytical skills;
- Knowledge of the Office suite;
- Knowledge of mobile technologies;
- Knowledge of bug reporting tools such as Mantis, QC, Jira, Redmine...;
- Knowledge of development stages and their particularities is a plus;
- Knowledge of mobile development languages and peculiarities is a plus.
