**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Management**:
- Collect, organize, and maintain inspection data, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards, including ABSA (Alberta Boilers Safety Association) regulations.
- Develop and maintain databases and systems to efficiently store, access, and analyze integrity data.
- Implement and enforce data management policies and procedures.
- **Analysis & Reporting**:
- Review detailed reports on inspection results, risk assessments, and equipment integrity for internal teams and clients.
- Analyze trends and patterns in data to identify risks, predict failures, and recommend maintenance or inspection schedules.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:
- Work closely with inspectors, project managers, and clients to ensure timely data collection and sharing.
- Act as the point of contact for integrity data-related inquiries and provide guidance to the team on data-related issues.
- **Technology & Innovation**:
- Evaluate and implement software solutions for data analysis and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies to continuously improve data management processes.
- Experience in ABA Data
- **Compliance**:
- Ensure all data management activities comply with ABSA requirements, as well as other relevant standards such as ISO, API, and client-specific requirements.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and data as required.
- **Data Management**:

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in data management, engineering, computer science, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the inspection industry.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in database management tools and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong knowledge of ABSA regulations and other industry standards related to asset integrity and inspections.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively under tight deadlines.
