**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Work collaboratively with our management and service team to ensure effective information flow in the service department.
- Answer service calls from customers and capture job information required for the service department to operate effectively
- Document execution from initiating customer requested work through to job completion in a digital platform
- Organization and consolidation of customer service records and schedules
- Work completed in a timely and efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

**Employment Qualifications**:

- High standard of professionalism, outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills, and leadership are important characteristics to be successful in this position
- Prior experience in mechanical trade
- Strong organizational, administrative and efficiency skills
- Proficient computer skills are necessary, i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks, Google Workspace, Adobe DC.
- Prior experience in oilfield, natural gas compression, pumps, and generators would be an asset.
