Lash Technician

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide thorough consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate lash styles.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing client inquiries.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling eyelash care products to clients.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continuously enhance skills.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar beauty role is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a salon or spa setting is advantageous.

Pay: $132.40-$350.00 per day
