In the role as DtC Commercial Plan Project Specialist, the primary responsibility of this individual will be to provide our project leads with the commercial plan preparation and the promotion/price plan execution support. Responsibilities include T&C preparation, price/promotion approval request submission & tracking, promotion results reporting data collection & validation, Quarterly/Monthly Commercial Planning and Weekly Promotion/Target/Investment tracking update. This individual should have a passion for working in programs like SAP (or similar ERP), Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. A strong attention to detail, and ability to organize/manage tasks will be key to success.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Promotion/Price Management Support - 70%
- Prepare and submit the promotion & price approval request with Promotion plan detail, Target and Investment from the DtC sales teams and the DtC Commercial Planning manager
- Update and communicate T&C templates based on Promotion plan detail with Legal team and the cross functional teams to prepare and execute the promotions
- Build and maintain an promotion execution tracker to ensure promotions are being prepared and executed flawlessly at the weekly promotion meeting
- Support to correct and validate the promotion results for the commercial planning manager and the DtC sales teams to evaluate the promotion performance timely manner
- Prepare ad-hoc reports for management where required

Commercial Plan Support - 30%
- Build and maintain an promotion calendar and tracker from Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly Commercial planning meetings
- Support the quarterly DtC commercial workshop to analyze the previous quarter performance and present the commercial planning for the next quarter with the Commercial Planning manager
- Support retail experience leads manage maintenance programs/open tickets. Monitor, evaluate compliance and completion rates and collaborate with FMR analyst teams to close out open tickets
- Support MX retail experience lead by collecting and validating relevant store data/display inputs for launch reporting.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Economics or related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience in the retail/consumer electronics industry.
