**Operations Administrator**

**ABOUT THE JOB**

Marid Industries Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Operations Administrator to join our team This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an individual to join our growing team. As part of the Operations team you will work alongside our production, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure we meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional client service.

This position is primarily responsible for the administrative tasks related to the day-to-day operations within the Operations department. Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, the Operations Administrator ensures smooth operations while multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in a time sensitive work environment.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Administrative Functions**
- Data entry, scanning, maintaining & updating asset database with service work orders and annual inspection paperwork.
- Updating and maintaining both physical and digital filing systems.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports & purchase orders.
- Assisting with the purchasing of parts & supplies.

**SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPEREINCE**

**Education**:High School Diploma or equivalent. A Diploma in Administration or Business Administration is considered an asset.

**Experience**: Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role is an asset.

**Skills**:

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in tasks.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well within a team environment and collaborate with others across departments.

**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of Office Management Systems.
- Familiar with office equipment and software (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, Tekla PowerFab)
- Understanding of repair and maintenance is considered an asset.
