Brand Representative

**Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and promoting our products through demos. Your primary focus will be to create positive experiences for customers while effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong interpersonal skills.
**Responsibilities**
- Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and in-store promotions, effectively showcasing products to potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, ensuring customers understand how to use the products effectively.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Utilize public speaking skills to present information about the brand and its products clearly and confidently.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to relay back to the team for continuous improvement of products and services.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to effectively communicate brand positioning.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage audiences through public speaking.
- Experience in conducting product demos or sales presentations is a plus.
- A passion for marketing and sales with a proactive approach to driving brand awareness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in various environments.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing promotional materials and event logistics.
- Food safety/handling certificate.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
