The Cross Cultural Learner Centre is a non-profit organization, located in London, Ontario, that provides settlement services for newcomers to Canada. We are currently looking for a full-time, temporary, **Intake Worker** to join our team.

The CCLC is a great place to work and make a difference. This role meets with our newcomer clients to identify their immediate needs and then connects our clients to CCLC programs and community resources that can assist.

We need someone who is friendly, approachable and a great listener. This role is the crucial first step we take to ensure our clients feel welcome. You'll answer client questions, gather information and handle important administrative tasks like updating our database accurately. Being comfortable with technology, very well-organized and skilled at managing your time are traits we will be looking for. Ability to speak a newcomer language like Arabic, Swahili, Somali are a huge asset.

As CCLC works with vulnerable clients in our community, you'll need to be able to pass a Vulnerable Persons Police Check to work for our organization.
