Duties & Responsibilities:
**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and enforce health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential hazards.
- Train employees on best safety practices, promoting a culture of awareness and prevention.
- Collaborate with managers to improve health & safety protocols, ensuring best practices are always in place.
- Respond to safety incidents and lead investigation efforts to prevent future occurrences.

Qualifications:
**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a health and safety role (preferably in a corporate setting).
- A degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A passion for creating safe, positive work environments.
- Certifications in health and safety (JHSC, BCRSP, Food Safety, First Aid and others) are a plus- Service Inspired Restaurants® is committed to fair and equitable recruiting practices.
