**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista & Customer Service to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing coffee drinks and milkshakes and assisting customers with their inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive experience in our establishment. A background as a Barista is a must, experience in the bakery industry as well is preferred.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and espresso drinks, milkshakes, and other beverages with consistency and speed.
- Assist customers with product selection, answer questions about our desserts, and guide them through custom cake ordering.
- Operate POS system and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, display cases, and customer areas.
- Restock and organize baked goods and beverage supplies.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for every guest.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a barista, with knowledge of various coffee preparations.
- Ability to make milkshakes and other specialty beverages.
- Familiarity with bakery products, including desserts and custom cake ordering processes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Food handling certification is a plus.
