**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- General Finishing Carpentry both interior and exterior
- Flooring
- Cabinetry
- Door and Window Installation, relocation
- Deck Construction
- Reading and Interpreting Building Plans and Blueprints
- Ability to assist with material take offs
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Supervise and coordinate the work performed by crew of workers
- Ensure work progresses on schedule

**Qualifications**:

- Carpenter Experience 5 years (preferred)
- Proven experience in residential remodelling or construction
- Strong leadership skills and effective communication skills
- excellent time management skills
- Sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures
- Knowledge of and the ability to work in accordance to the Building Code
- Knowledge of General Construction Safety
- Excellent problem solving skills both on and off site
- Reliable Team Player
- Must have your own basic tools
- Must own Steel Toe Boots
- Valid ‘G” Class Licence with Clean Driving Abstract

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
