**Job Summary**

The Casino Asset Manager s is a key leadership role. You are directly responsible for overseeing the casino operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, and driving revenue results

This position requires a strategic thinker with strong management skills and a proven track record in the Canadian gaming industry. The Casino Asset Manager will collaborate with various departments, stakeholders to champion business development initiatives and foster a culture for productivity and revenue generation.

**Duties**
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee management initiatives to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
- Lead process improvement efforts to enhance productivity and operational efficiency across all departments.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and partners to optimize resources.
- Collaborate with senior management, stakeholders to identify business development opportunities and drive growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and implement necessary changes.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in Casino operations leadership role
- Strong hands on management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in managing relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $180,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
