**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a safe work environment and follow health and safety regulations.
- Set up the barbershop and supplies.
- Greet the customer with a welcoming smile, make eye contact, and listen to the customer's needs.
- Listen, take in, and process the customer's wishes.
- Lather the customer's hair, neck and face with shaving cream or gel.
- Shave hair off of customers' face, neck, and head as requested by customer.
- Behave in a professional manner at all times.
