We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our Platform Team. This is a high-impact leadership role with ownership of the entire customer-facing frontend experience across web devices—including desktop and mobile web.

The Platform Team is responsible for our homepage, search results, and checkout flows across both desktop and mobile web. You'll be empowered to define the product strategy, build and guide the roadmap, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding user journeys from landing through checkout. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, data, and business stakeholders to drive measurable impact and elevate the product experience.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead the Platform Product team focused on optimizing the user-facing experience across all platforms: desktop and mobile web.
- Own the vision and execution for key areas of our customer journey, including search, results, checkout, and post-booking flows.
- Prioritize initiatives that drive conversion improvements and business growth, using a mix of product sense, analytics, and user insights.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams to build and launch high-impact features.
- Drive a culture of experimentation through rigorous A/B testing and rapid iteration.
- Ensure consistency in design, UX, and technical implementation across all frontend surfaces.

**What we're looking for**:

- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success optimizing web/mobile user experiences to improve conversion, retention, or monetization.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in A/B testing and funnel optimization.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working in travel, e-commerce, or marketplaces is a strong plus.
- Bilingual (English & French).

L'équipe Plateform est responsable de notre page d'accueil, des résultats de recherche et des parcours de paiement sur le web (ordinateur de bureau et mobile). Vous serez appelé à définir la stratégie produit, à élaborer et guider la feuille de route, et à diriger des équipes interfonctionnelles afin d'offrir des parcours utilisateur d'exception, de la page d'atterrissage jusqu'au paiement. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de design, de marketing, de données et les parties prenantes de l'entreprise pour maximiser l'impact et améliorer l'expérience produit.
