**Job Title: Architectural Project Coordinator**

**Location**: Downtown Toronto

**Job Type**: Full-time, Hybrid

**Reports to**: Architect / Founder

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and management of project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project documentation, including design drawings, permits, contracts, and change orders.
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders and management.
- Assist in maintaining quality control standards throughout all phases of the project.
- Support the architectural team with administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and meeting scheduling.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in architectural project coordination or a similar role.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and materials.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems efficiently.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and permitting processes.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in project management (PMP or similar).
- Experience working with large-scale commercial or residential projects.
- Familiarity with sustainability and green building practices.

**Compensation**: 60k-85k depending on experience

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
