**Description of Duties**:

- Coordinate distribution of newspapers/flyers, advertising products for carriers in an efficient timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Deliver newspapers as needed
- Carrier recruitment and training in service and sales.
- Provide a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage customer and carrier service issues to ensure successful resolutions.
- Additional duties and special projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Previous customer service experience an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible individual with the ability to adjust and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Physical capabilities to meet job demands - ie: lifting newspaper bundles as needed
- Valid Driver’s License required and clear drivers abstract

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.62 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
