Regency Lexus of Regency Auto is currently seeking an energetic and friendly **Full Time Receptionist**to join their award-winning sales team. **Role & Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming dealership phone calls and greet guests at the front desk in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner.
- Provide administrative support by assigning vehicle stock numbers and maintaining accurate records of mileage, pricing, and accessory costs.
- Ensure the sales process and delivery schedule are always current, accurate, and well-documented.
- Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate orders as needed.
- Print dealer trade documents when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the Sales Department.
- Support Sales Managers, the Customer Experience Manager, and other team members as required.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment (including handling multiple phone lines).
- Strong time-management skills.
- Solid analytical skills, with proficiency in working with numbers and data.
- Proficiency with computers, including Internet navigation and Microsoft Office, and the ability to maintain accurate records in a computerized system.
