**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organize, review, and maintain client documents and records within the company's system.
- Assist in completing backend review tasks following established processes and requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate with external partners, including insurance companies and major banks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by team leadership to support departmental needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently studying related programs or degree in College/University.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive learning attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to summarize and organize information effectively.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities, with excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office-related software.
