**Position Summary**:As a Corporate Development Manager, your role is to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic opportunities to drive our growth and impact in Health-tech, Age-tech, and Ed-tech. You will work closely with our senior leadership to develop and implement strategies tailored to these specialized industries.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**M&A Strategy**: Develop and execute our mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategy, with a focus on identifying suitable targets in Health-tech, Age-tech, and Ed-tech, conducting due diligence, and negotiating deals.

**Strategic Partnerships**: Identify and establish partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach and capabilities in these sectors.

**Market Insights**: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in Health-tech, Age-tech, and Ed-tech.

**Financial Analysis**: Evaluate the financial aspects of potential transactions, including financial modeling and valuation, tailored to the specific needs of these industries.

**Deal Structuring**: Collaborate with legal and financial teams to structure and negotiate deals that align with our objectives and industry regulations.

**Stakeholder Engagement**: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, presenting proposals and strategies with a focus on the unique demands of these sectors.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or related roles, with expertise in Health-tech, Age-tech, or Ed-tech.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with industry-specific knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly in specialized tech sectors.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.

Pay: $60,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
