**Madeline’s Boutique** is a leading destination for stylish and sophisticated women's evening wear. We specialize in helping customers find the perfect dress for life’s most memorable moments.

**We're currently seeking both Full-Time and Part-Time Sales Associates** who are passionate about fashion, enjoy working one-on-one with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating meaningful connections with clients.
- Showcase expert product knowledge and assist customers in finding the perfect evening wear.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure floor recovery, and assist with price changes.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Perform opening/closing duties as required.
- Support with inventory management and assist with receiving new merchandise.

**What We're Looking For**:
Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, ideally in fashion or evening wear.
Strong customer service skills with a warm, personable approach.
Ability to thrive in a busy environment, multitasking with ease.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must be available to work **Saturdays**.
Comfortable lifting and carrying evening gowns.
Proficient in computer systems and POS technology.
