**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare mouthwatering, delicious food items consistently in an efficient manner to company specifications.
- Set up work station for the day, following forecasted sales levels
- Follow established procedures on Food Safety and Work place Safety
- Prepare ingredients for menu items as instructed
- Cook food items to Keg Specifications within allotted time frame
- Plate and present finished product according to recipe
- Clean station to management’s standards
- Adhere to cost control guidelines
- Maintain quality and speed of production

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Food handler’s certificate is an asset
- Solid knife skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to lift 10 Kg (22lbs)
- Experience with saute and convection ovens
- Ability to work well independently and with a team
- Working evenings and weekends is a must.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
