**About the Opportunity**:
We are seeking a keen individual who is currently enrolled in a post-secondary finance degree program to join our successful Wealth Management Business for a 4-month work term. During this time, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks & facilitating smooth office operations in support of our Financial Advisor(s). You will gain invaluable work experience in a professional Office environment, with the opportunity to obtain further employment within our Team upon graduation.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of investment instructions and other administrative paperwork.
- Manage and track various client service requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Process investment transactions and account documentation in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Maintain and organize client files and databases, both physical and electronic.
- Research and help to resolve processing and/or client service issues.
- Collaborate with staff to support office operations, activities, & complete ad-hoc finance-related projects.

**Eligibility to Apply**:

- You are currently enrolled in a Finance degree program at a Canadian post-secondary institution.
- You are available to work for the full duration of the work term (May to August, 2025)
- You are legally entitled to work in Canada, without restriction by way of one of the following: Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or Valid work permit.
