**Door-to-Door Sales Representative - Window Cleaning Services**
**Location**: Durham Region (Pickering, Ajax, Markham, Whitby, Scarborough)
**Compensation**: 100% Commission-Based (Average rep earns $1,000+ / Week, Top performers can earn $1500-$2000+)
**Schedule**: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (Approx. 8 hours/day)
**Start Date**: Immediate

**About the Role**
Mastery Home Services Inc. is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our door-to-door sales team. This is a great opportunity for people who are eager to grow, enjoy working outdoors, and want to be part of a supportive, high-performing group.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Promoting and selling residential window cleaning services through door-to-door outreach
- Working in assigned territories within the Durham Region
- Building rapport with homeowners and educating them on our services
- Meeting personal and team performance goals
- Contributing to a team culture focused on growth, accountability, and support

- Reliable transportation (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn

- Weekends as needed
