Construction Project Manager

**Project Planning and Initiation**:

- Define project scope, objective, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, including work breakdown structure, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation measures.
- Obtain necessary approval and support for project initiation.

**Project Execution and Control**:

- Manage day-to-day construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Prepare Tender and quotation estimation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and quality requirements.
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including site supervisors, technicians, labor workers, and subcontractors.
- Set clear expectations, provide guidance, and mentor team members to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular project risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Conduct project site inspections and define relevant interventions necessary, quantifying project costs and timeframe.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of construction and engineering principles, practices, and project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with estimating, scheduling, subcontract coordination, and material procurement.
- Understanding of contractual terms and conditions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction and engineering projects.
- Must have full G license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Contract, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
