**Your Responsibilities**
- Perform high-quality cleaning in residential homes: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom detailing, etc.
- Maintain cleaning tools and manage supplies to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide excellent customer service—our clients trust us in their homes, and we treat that trust with care
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and coworkers
- Follow instructions and uphold high cleanliness standards, always aiming to exceed expectations

**What We're Looking For**
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning (references required)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability
- Friendly, compassionate, and takes pride in their work
- Comfortable working independently or with a team
- Trustworthy and bondable
- **Valid driver’s license** and access to a **reliable vehicle**:

- Bonus: Leadership experience or desire to grow within a team

**Nice-to-Have Skills**
- Ability to launder linens and towels to standard
- Light knowledge of cooking or meal prep (asset, not required)
