We are looking to hire PSW for our **North York Location to do STAFFING in the retirement homes.**

**Qualicare offers the following**:

- **8 hr shifts**:

- **Provide relief staffing in the Retirement Facility**:

- PPE provided (Personal protective equipment)

**Job Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Assistance with personal care and hygiene
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Accompany clients on outings
- Shopping and errands
- Medication Reminders
- Ambulation and transporting of clients
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow care-plan
- Documentation/Charting

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Personal Support Worker Certificate ( Required)
- Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA) (preferred)
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certificate (CPI) (prefered)
- Current Police Record Check or Vulnerable Sector Screen or be willing to obtain one. (required)
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Valid CPR/First Aid (required)
- Ability to travel around Toronto, North York territory
- Access to internet/mobile phone

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
