**Duties**
- Assist in the planning and execution of in-person, including conferences, workshops, and client events.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure events run smoothly, from logistics to attendee experience.
- Support the team in coordinating all event details, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and staffing.
- Assist in creating event-related materials, such as invitations, signage, programs, and handouts.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, ensuring all event needs (audio/visual, decorations, etc.) are met.
- Support the execution of promotional efforts for upcoming events, including event announcements and attendee engagement.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, including gathering attendee feedback and providing recommendations for future events.
- Provide administrative support for the event team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating timelines, and handling logistics.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous internship or experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively across different departments.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the event coordination field.
